    In most states there is no such thing as a pistol permit.

    Handgun ownership in NJ will be a thing of the past if the current socialist regime has its way. Currently, things are being overhauled to include "justifiable Need" for ANY handgun permit. Couple that up with the resurrection of the old Florio era "armor piercing ammo" definition and you won't be able to use your pellet guns.
