Probably, most makes do now. But when you need it and it breaks that does not help much. Husky from home depot, not great stuff but lifetime guarantee and they are always open. Craftsman, a bit better, Snap-on and MAC, you pay big time, but VERY rarley will you need that lifetime guarantee. They don't break. A broken tool when you need it SUCKS!I believe they have a lifetime guarantee on tools.
I have a mixture of all of the above, but bang for the buck craftsman. But I have brought back several of their ratchets that just go to crap with use.
If I have the money I always bought the best I can because I use my tools a lot.
As for Frieght Harbor, it is all pretty crappy stuff. But if you need a tarp or a tool your gonna need that day, but don't expect to use it a lot, can't beat the price.
You get what you pay for has never been more true then when it comes to tools.
