Up until 2 years ago I maintained a 25 target 3-D range, and used both. The two targets are virtually identical in size. Each has broad side vitals. One also has tree stand vitals on the opposite side. Its replacement center looks like a mushroom. The only major difference is the type of connection for the head. One has a twist on head with male/female connectors, the other has a head that simply slides on a slot in the foam on the body. I can't remember which manufacturer uses which connecting system. But the twist on heads were far better. The slide on heads didn't survive after a few neck hits-and I was forced to use foam adhesive to permanently connect the heads to the body on the slide on ones.
