I hunt on private land and today when I went to check my trail camera I didn't see it on the tree I put it on, so I looked around and saw it on a tree about 20 feet away pointing in the same area that I had it covering. I checked to see if who ever moved it took the memory card and when I did I found a different card in it. I brought the camera back home and checked the memory card and found that it was some one else's card. I am thankful that whoever moved my camera didn't steel it, but I am confused as why the would put a different card in it. I checked with the only other person that hunts this place and he told me he didn't do it. Has anyone else experienced this?
thyats nutty but ihave herd of people checking cards thinking they can use the the camera before you get back to it. its like scouting on someone elsess dime. i had someone in a 20 minute span take my 5 gallon pail of coen. people are always helping themselves to other stuff. dont know what the heck there thinkin. i would pull the camera and or put it up in a tree facing down where they cant see it. there gonna come back for there card. ive herd of this before not so new.
