    clinton range? is it open for shooing??

    Need to get a few shots down the .270, was wondering if the range is currently open, or closed for repairs ????????????

    Careful, Clinton is a rimfire only range as far as rifles go. But I do believe it is still closed for repairs.

    i think as much as we pay in this state there should be a few rasnges open to rifles. some states have singgle shot rifle seasons.Louisiana and Mississippi have accepted single shot exposed hammer rifles as primitive weapons legal for the season. The NEF's and cva's are the most popular but t/c's are legal also. The only restriction in it has to be .35 caliber or bigger. The most popular choices have been .35 whelen, 444 marlin, and 45-70. bores like 45-70 44 mag.
