Cheaper Than Dirt and Midway USA not shipping to NJ Anymore?

My friend tried to order a shotgun and ammo from CTD today and at checkout he saw the note of the states they don't ship to and as the title said no shipping to NJ. He then went on the live chat and told then that an over/under 20ga was perfectly legal and he was told it was the company's policy there was nothing they could do. . His friend tried to order from Midway and got the same thing so he went to Cabelas in DE to get his shotgun. Very sad that this wont be the last of it that its going to get worse for us.

I tried to order shotgun shells about 6 weeks ago and was blocked. This crap is getting old.

i believe they all took advantage of us during the last fake ammo shortage so i try not to buy from many of the big onlines but maybe try Able amo/ powder valley or even Natchez shooters.i would rather drive to Delaware Cabelas and not pay tax. you could also get on a few of the ammo finder sites. its easy to lock in what ammo your looking for and how much a round. then youd get an email when the ammo your looking for is in stock and at a price thats fair. you gotta have patients but now i even see 22 ammo getting back to decent brick prices. i wont ever buy at rip of prices ever again. rather shoot my bow/crossbow or Muzzleloader before i pay high prices for ammo ever again.

I have never tried to order ammo from any of these places, but you can give them a try. Good luck.

I can understand the shotgun has to go through an ffl but not the shells...

Exactly shotguns in NJ need to go thru an FFL including a private sale.
