Roger that! He is leaving no stone un-turned
Pretty soon we will have a flatulence tax 'cuz we are polluting the air. Then there will be a tax on flatulence causing foods like beans. Then you will need to have a permit to buy beans and then you'll only be able to buy a specific number and they will have to be registered.

    Great post xXx!
It's not only the "tax" but what they are doing is (paraphrasing) "allowing towns, municipalities, counties and state to create utilities" to "monitor" this rain, tax, taxing process etc etc. SO, what you are essentially doing is making nj government BIGGER! Heck yeah, bigger government in nj. Just what we need. SO, how do we pay for the employees? How do we pay for the offices? How do we pay for the pensions AND benefits? How do we pay for the vehicles used? You don't think they'll be using their own vehicles? 98.948% of the "TAX" collected will NEVER see the actual use it is intended for.
But you know what the kicker is? They're out there salting and briming the roads themselves! hahahaha
This nothing more than a SCAM.
It's like the lottery. The ultimate scam perpetrated on the nj people. I have NEVER EVER heard of nor met anyone that has benefited from the lotteries money. I thought it was to benefit the old and the schools but yet our school taxes are some of the highest in the nation. HOLY MACKEREL! I shudder to think what our taxes would be like without the lottery.
I always say that if you are a law abiding, hard working, tax paying, contributing member of this society then you will be severely punished for it.
Oh, by the way, he just shut the state down with a State of Emergency because we are getting a dusting of snow.
My question: How much is the state losing and what is it costing the state?
GUESS WE WILL NEED A SNOW TAX NEXT!!!
