    Cherry wood?

    Just cut some of this yesterday. Was thinking it was cherry, but after cutting it not so sure. Anyone know?

    Why not burn it ? Good BTU's pleasant aroma when burned . Or were you thinking of milling it or smoking with it ? Just curious

    Check my other post... i make hand turned bowls out of it. Cherry makes beautiful colored bowls, although it does smoke well too !

    Cherry burl bowl- it would be a shame if this went into a fireplace.
