I had a very satisfying year. Not the most game I have taken but very satisfying.

Shot plenty of ducks and geese but less than most years. Mostly because I rediscovered deer hunting. Took one deer, the first I have taken in 18 years. Ended up spending most of the second half of the season in the woods instead of on the water and in the mud.

Am I giving up being a waterfowler. Absolutely not. But I will definitely spend more time in the woods in the upcoming years.

Seriously? Please tell me you're joking on the number and this was not true.

Took a buck and 2 does. Also a nice longbeard in the fall. Saw alot of deer during early bow but the rut was a bust for me.

It was a normal year, I however shot 2 bucks this year instead of my normal 1 because I was given the opportunity to take a basket 8 that dressed at 160lbs off the ground with my bow. Filled my freezer by 11/10/15 and have not tried or looked for deer since, which makes a normal year for me. I however did get less pics on my cameras.

Harvested for my first deer, a Winter Bow doe. Nothing Last year. Most importantly, learned a lot making it a successful year

Never got a crack at a shooter buck but I took 5 does and my son got his first buck so it was a good season overall. Three of those does were taken on a management hunt so calm down lol

5 deer, dozen or so mallards, bunch of squirrels, dozen or so pheasant,1 rabbit, and 1 fox so far all on public. Pretty good year, added two mounts to my collection. Accomplished two of my goals but not all of them. Already thinking about next year and preparing....have some new spots I want to try.
Always public... Always with a bow!

Struck out in NJ. But not for the lack of trying. Lots of hours afield with lots of buck sightings but no shooters in range. Shot a nice 10 point in Canada so freezer is full.
