    Turmeric can be added to foods both hot and cold, shredded or pressed. It can be added to tomato sauce/gravy, stews, chili, or drinks like tea.

    I know something that helps! I have suffered from everyday headache for years and tried any painkillers I could find but not all of them were good enough.
