I may add I'm also taking glucosamine with 1500mg of MSM in it so with the morning powder and the gluco I'm taking enough MSM to make a difference. At first, your tummy may rumble from the powder, but it goes away quick.
MSM also has detoxfication properties, so be prepared for some "library" time.
Start off with 1/2 teaspoon of powder for a 2 weeks and see if its making a difference. Then increase your intake, if you feel you need more.It can't hurt you. You'll just pee it out
