I've been taking a half teaspoon of msm, 1 tumeric and 1 omega in the morning and just 1of each tumeric/omegs in the evening.
Yes, as mentioned above buy quality suppliments. When I went to amazon, they tell you the origin of the item USA only here!

For the tummeric, buy CURAMED. USA stuff. Buy it with BCM-95 Curcumin. The Curcumin speads up the absorbtion rate into your system. This stuff has even helped with my allergies. The anti-inflamatory properties help with my sinus' s

I may add I'm also taking glucosamine with 1500mg of MSM in it so with the morning powder and the gluco I'm taking enough MSM to make a difference. At first, your tummy may rumble from the powder, but it goes away quick.

MSM also has detoxfication properties, so be prepared for some "library" time.
Start off with 1/2 teaspoon of powder for a 2 weeks and see if its making a difference. Then increase your intake, if you feel you need more.It can't hurt you. You'll just pee it out

Few months back I had an accident and my lower back was injured badly. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and almost recovered well, but after I started working again whenever I sit for more than 1 hour I was having severe pain and I had to get up and walk for some time to get a relief. This continued for 3 weeks and the pain got severe each day. Soon I consulted my physiotherapist in Toronto of the Physiomed clinic. Within 3 weeks of sessions, I had great relief to my lower back pain.

2/ day of tumeric and omega. You can do either 1 in the morning of each and 1 in afternoon or both at same time. For the msm, start slow. 1/2 teaspoon in the morning. Gradually increase if you need/want to. Msm is also a detoxifier, so it may increase your man library time at first. This is normal. It a natural ingredient, so worse case, you pee it out and can't hurt you.

Very interesting. Almost every post on here gets some idiot second guessing a fellow hunter on his shot placement, gear, hunting area , etc... But this post has really nothing to do with hunting and everybody is polite, asking questions, complimentary!!! Nicely done Booner. Thanks for sharing.

Ginger will also help. I have epiditimitis (inflammation in your ball sack and it hurts!) and haven't had a case in almost two years now. I regularly drink green tea with sliced ginger or turmeric and a little honey.
