A serious question for longbow or recurve archers

My daughter is shooting a recurve and she is 34-36 pounds of pull depending if she pulls that extra inch or so. She is very comfortable with it now so I don't want to change.

I was wondering if twisting the string a few times would give the bow an extra pound of pull. And if so, do you know about how many twists for each pound?

If anyone has real experience or knowledge with this I would appreciate it! Thank you.

No it will only change fistmele or in modern terms brace height.

Each stick bow has an optimal brace height where the bow shoots best. The "sweet spot". Once you find it, you don't want to stray from it. If her draw length is an issue, you may simply need to change bows, or stay with the weight she already has at her draw length.
Lord make me fast and accurate,
May my draw be smooth and unseen
Let my aim be straight and my shot true,

Grant me the skill to make the shots I can,
The restraint to avoid those I can't,
And the wisdom to know the difference,

So that I may be blessed with the bounty you provide

You should twist string from the bottom limb to get the quietest bow you can and once tuned and shooting well you gain more with a perfectly flying arrow then you would in gaining a few pounds of pull.
