Does anyone know where I can get 54 caliber muzz bullets?? I would prefer something with sabots or powerbelts, but at this point anything will work. Looking for somewhere in Burlington County or South. Any help would be appreciated.[confused]
Not a big proponent of Powerbelts. But the 348 grain shot excellent out of my old Knight MK-85. I know Simon Peter carries them and maybe YOJ. Start calling around. If a cap lock with slower twist 1:48 need to find some maxi balls.
Too bad you weren't looking for 50 cal. I have like 30-40 different type maxxi hunters mini balls an buffalo bullets "ithink there called buffalo bullets".
Get some sabots MMP SABOTS : Store : MMP Standard Sabots and then buy a box of pistol bullets of the proper diameter and you are set for a while. Its a good bit cheaper to buy the sabots and bullets separate then getting them packaged together.
Thanks for the help guys, found them at Cheyenne Mountain. I'm having a pretty good year, so I'm gonna bring out my 54 cal T/C Renegade with open sights instead of the omega with a scope. It wasn't this hard to find stuff for the 54 a few years ago....guess 50 is pretty much standard now.
