No where for kids to shoot

I paid $375 on Sunday online to join cherry ridge range , after searching their website to find a minimum age for children , then we drove up there for the safety course , that's when they told me that kids under 10 are not allowed to shoot.
Turns out that no ranges let kids under 10 shoot. If anybody knows of a place please pass it along cause the kids pretty disappointed and I just bought him a Henry mini bolt .22 with ss action/barrel and black synthetic stock from YOJ sports, great little place by the way

cant you just go to one of the state ranges like clinton wma. i think as long as one perdon has a hunting license any one can shoot, but then again this is new jersey and i could be wrong. i have definately seen bretty young kids plinkin away with 22's there.

Just go to a state range. It's free. Just need your hunting license on you and the kids can shoot all they want under your supervision.

I should buy some land and start my own range...course I'd hate to see what that permit would cost

CJRPC allows kids under 10 to shoot with their parent there.
