    State land ?

when a Govenor signs off on closing something down is it in aafect forever or does it have to be renewed. im wondering if state owned lands are closed again to the season. also if a govenor decides on there own against a deptarment that creates a season using state employed biologist input to close something down against there recommendations on capacity of the state and what it should be is this going against the people that were hired by the state and doing there job. i wonder if bear encounters are up this year.

lotsa Federal land. ithink the private land hunters had it good last gettin all the dumpster divers. i talked to a guy in Sparta and he says sightings are up. with 3 days muzzleloader season just get on a piece of Fed Land with good sign and get up high. i think its as good a chance as any.
