I see plenty of squirrels every time I hunt. I'd probably fall asleep if it were not for watching them jump around and thinking to myself how fun it would be to have a shotgun with birdshot right now.

This being my first year hunting, I thought it was just me. Glad to see I'm not alone.

I had one practically whispering in my ear the last time I was out. He was the only thing going but he was there..Kinda felt like the little guy felt sorry and was keeping me company..The other tree rats were off in the distance as well. Sure is plenty in my backyard too,. big 'ol fatties!

I'm lousy with squirrels in Zone 5 and Zone 6. Chipmunks too.

I'm not seeing any down here in z28 & z47. Maybe they will be easier to see once some of the leaves start falling. There are plenty in my neighborhood, just none in the hunting areas.
