    Even if it is safe to eat I just wouldn't be able to get past knowing he had ball sacks as you put it hanging from his chin..

    my opening day doe had them too. I searched a few websites and it is pretty common. My butcher wasn't alarmed at all and said that is very common and that it doesn't affect the meat at all

    After 15 years of hunting, I shot my first "wart deer" this year. Weird to see but yes, it's safe. Looks like a regular deer after you skin it out.
