Good Times With Daughters at Flatbrook Range

After the 10 year old got popped in the shoulder with the 20 gauge, she was hesitant about shooting anything. It took her a couple shots from her Cricket and she was ready to take on the MP5 .22.

Thanks to Zone9DeerSlayer for letting the kids fire off some rounds from what is clearly a solid and easy to use firearm. All the adults were watching the little 10 year old and 7 year old do their things.

Looks like a great time! As was mentioned above though, eye protection is a must! Start them early on the basics (eyes & ears at all times) and it'll stick with them for life...
