HONOR THE FALLEN
Over the years the United States has sent many of its fine young men & women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return, is enough to bury those that did not return. COLIN POWELL
You need at least 3 hours of sunlight. Cut some trees to open up the canopy. Plant either No-plow or clover. If you can't I wouldn't bother wasting your time. Also it is getting late for planting. June 15 is the cut-off in the northeast before it starts getting really dry.
Good idea if you can get it growing.More sunlight means better growth. 4-6 is better than 3 and 6+ is best. No sun = no grow. You have to work the soil lime and fertilize. You can't grow anything on roots or compacted soil. You need at least 3 hours of sunlight. Cut some trees to open up the canopy. Plant either No-plow or clover.
You can also grow forage soybeans in the woods with partial sun. I'll post some better pics if I can get the deer to stop hammering them into stubs.
Yes you can. Theres plenty of stuff to plant. You need to decide how large it is, how much soil moisture is available (if theres a creek near by your golden) and what your PH levels are in the soil. I have 8 different bags of shit in the garage now just waiting to be broadcast. Couple more weeks. Gonna hit some more spots with roundup and 10-10-10 this weekend
