Here's some idea's...Looking for a new jig bag
Title says it all,
Whats the best way to transport fluking 6oz bucktails.
Ive seen some 5gal bucket modifications but i cant find any when i do a search. Thanks
In a locked, separate compartment.
But seriously, you could get some magnet strips...you can get them in a roll with adhesive backing..adhere the magnetic strip around the bucket and you can stick them by the hooks all around it
There are bags that roll up to keep your bucktails in. I saw them on another site ill try and pull them up
I use the plastic ziploc storage containers and some old tupperware containers. Line the bottom with some bubble wrap and make a layer of bucktails, then a layer of bubble wrap, then another layer of bucktails. Continue until packed. The storage containers stack nicely and fit in almost any bag.
I use a 2 1/2 gallon bucket. I cut small "v" notches in the top edge of the bucket and hang the bucktails on the bucket with the hooks in. Then i snap the lid back on and the bucktails are secure. Whats nice is you can seel all the bucktails and you can pick a new size and color very quickly and it leaves the inside of the bucket for other storage.
