Hunting is not a competition of man vs man but rather a accomplishment of man vs nature.
If geranimo was shooting a crossbow we all be speaking apache.

That thing is almost as big as the gobbler guillotine! How big of a cut do you really need???
"While even the ethical hunter may never enjoy the full approval of the non-hunting public, the public may at least tolerate them. And as public awareness of the hunter's significant role in conservation increases, anti-hunting sentiment may recede.
Looks like overkill, more a marketing thing. 170 grains? Maybe for a crossbow or an 85lb draw. But it seems to me for a 60-70lb compound, a two blade of that size and weight will be a wind catching, fast dropping tank of a broadhead. 25 yards max at 70lbs with practice.
A well placed shot with a bargain bin broadhead will beat a bad shot with an expensive new fangled broadhead every time. I love checking out new inventions and gadgets, but this one I would pass on.
Clear your mind, breath, be sure and confident of your shot, commit to the shot, take your shot.

That's just insane. 170gr? I shoot 100gr on my xbow with carbons, I can't imagine shooting a 170. My switchblades work good enough for me (or until rage comes out with a xbow model)

the 170 grains i believe is designed to give you the proper front of center when using a crossbow. i guess its for the people who make there own arrows for crossbows. now they wont have to worry about brass inserts or special shafts. nowif you could only buy 40 inch raw carbon shafts you would be able to get 2 arrows out of one.
