Pump shotgun my grandfather passed on to me. Killed my first "game" with it...a boone & crockett squirrel. LOL!

Amyway, checked out a couple firearm books at the store and i didnt see any info on this model.
Any information you can pass on to me is great.
History, date of production, value(not much i know that), etc.

Its a Sears & Roebuck Model 200 pump shotgun in 16 gauge. 2 3/4" shells only. modified fixed 28" barrel.
Will pass this gun on to my boys when they are old enough to hunt. Took a fair amount of squirrels and woodcock with it for a couple seasons before i got my own 20 gauge pump.

    Try here:
    Sears Guns

Your best bet would be to find a similar gun made by another manufacturer(IE find a winchester model 200 or Savage model 200, etc) and then deduce from there.

If it's a Sears & Roebuck Model 200 it should be made by Winchester, and will be the same as the Winchester M1200 made between 1964-1981.
If only Jack O'Connor had written about the .270's effectiveness on Zombies, he might be known today as a decent gun scribe, and that cartridge might enjoy more widespread use...

Thanx Guys, the chamber opening and slide look very similar to the winchester models....in shape and design.

    Thanx again.
