Ross makes an excellent bow...best of luck
Well I finally decided on one. I just brought my Ross 331 home today and it shoots sweet super quiet and solid in your hand. Short ATA bow that draws and shoots like a longer bow. I fell in love with it after the first arrow.
I also shot a Bowtech Guardian and holy smoke that thing is a shooter you feel absolutly nothing when you shoot that thing. Just couldn't justify $800.00 for a bow that's getting stupid on pricing.
I've got to take some pics but is anyone interested in an 05' lefthanded XTec, Excellent shape, Copperjohn sight, and Hoyt stabilizer. $350.00
I'll post it in the Classifieds as soon as I take a pic.(tomorrow)
congrats Hyde, good luck with it

"Individualism has come in for an enormous amount of criticism over the years. It still does. It is widely assumed to be synonymous with selfishness...But the main reason why so many people in power have always disliked individualism is because it is individualists who are ever keenest to prevent the abuse of authority."

Good luck. Where did you buy it?
Bordentown. Its a 2006, Sticker had $639.00 and I got it for $549.00, thats when it pays to be a south paw.
639.00 is that the normal price for a Ross or is that just because it was lefty and 06??
"to all those in harms way, SEMPER FI"
No that was their original price. Same price left or right. But he knocked the rest off because its a lefty and if I didn't buy it, it would probably sit for a few more months.
congrats on the new bow.good luck with it.
Thanks Steve, I have come up with some issues with the bow though.
First problem : The bow is to light, I put my Trophy Ridge Sight on it, I never paid attention how heavy this sight was when it was on my Hoyt, it makes the bow top heavy.
Second problem : This bow is to quiet, I put my Trophy Taker rest on it and thats all I hear now is my rest slapping down onto the shelf. Never realized how noisy this rest was when it was on my Hoyt.
Third problem : This bow draws too smooth, I have been shooting 72 Lbs. for about 4 years now and my form is set to pulling that back. This bow at 72 feels like nothing I can max it to 76lbs. and see how that feels.
Now I need a new sight bar, rest, and shoot more poundage.
Problems, problems, problems.
