I currently have a whisker biscuit set up for alum arrows. I understand carbons are thinner.

Do I need to change the whisker biscuit as the hole will be larger than the carbon arrow itself? Or is it acceptable to use it as is?

I'd change it. Too much play and your groups won't be as tight.

Disagree...It's no different than any prong rest.I've never had any issues.
    The hole size shouldn't matter....

I wouldn't waste money changing it, it will make no difference. I shoot large biscuits in most of my WB rests with everything from aluminum down to the MFX beman small diameter carbons. I've had med and small inserts in a few rests and there was no difference. The only way I could see it making a difference is if you had a real bad cant to the bow and the extra room allowed the arrow to point slightly off center.
