    Anybody ever deal with them? getting the run around for 3 days already. loved the camera until it just stopped out of nowhere the other day. havent been able to contact them to see if they will warranty it. starting to wish i just spent the extra $ on a cuddeback.

    Yes. Just did. Their cameras suck. Trigger speed is s-l-o-w. They sent me a new one and in the package and I went back to the store and returned it. Never buy one again.

    There's only one dude there in customer service. Tom I think? Call the corporate office in louisiana and complain. Right after I did I got the camera back.

    same problem. camera worked one season, then stopped working out of no where. called customer service, had to call back like 3 times before talking to someone. explained the details, they said return it(at my expense of course) and they will ship a new one. sent it back late last week, we'll see how long it takes to get a new one.

    just got an email from them 5 min. ago and it wont open.
    had to call back like 3 times
    i called way more than that. keep getting a recording for a voicemail thats says the mailbox is full.

    i just sent one of my cams to them it took a few tries but finally i got ahold of someone and they gave me a RMA number and told me to send it back and they will send a new one in 10 buisness days. its almost been 10 days so we will see

    You better have your tracking number for the return shipment. They told me they had no record of my return until I gave them the tracking number 3 weeks after they signed for it. Still didn't hear from them until I called corporate and complained. Then the camera mysteriously just showed up.

    Try rebooting the camera to see if this helps your issue. Take out all of the batteries and SD memory card and let the camera sit between 5-10 minutes, then try taking pictures without the SD memory card in the camera. If this does not help the issue and is under the One Year Warranty, please call Customer Service toll free M-F 8am-5pm CST at 800-847-8269 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    gonna try it when i get home from work tomorrow morning. hope it works so i dont have to continue with this nightmare. lol

    IC: the cam isnt taking blurry shots, those ducks are just swimming fast as hell.
