im kinda sad after all my years(31) of hunting i have to STICK TO MY GUNS and give up what i love to do for a season. ive made a decision not to purchase an extended bow season permit and THE NEW BUCK$$$TAG. it wont keep me out of the woods though. im gonna hunt squirrel or something that wont cost extra and allow me to scout for the regular buck shot season . you know you can do it too. just leave your wallet in your pockets and go out to dinner on the 56$ youve just saved.

Ditto for me. I will be deer hunting in NYS and duck hunting in NJ. However I probably will break down and get the muzzloader permit.

if they made it so that if you didnt use your buck tag during the regular archery season and you could carry it over to the extended bow season i would say that is a fair solution. muzzleloader season is gonna be doe season for me.i wont purchase a buck tag. i cant give that season up but im cutting back on 2 zones i normally buy.the state will see way less of my money this year.

Liquid - you are thinking too clear for the state. Why not have it 3 bucks a year and the 3rd on a tag. Too much common sense so let's soak everyone. Heck - how many states have a "permit bow" season???

WHAT A GREAT IDEA!. its too simple and i didnt need a lawyer going through the digest to understand it. PERMIT BOW IS GLORIFIED MONEY MAKER. if you asked the trout fisherman to buy a seperate fall and spring stamp they would march on trenton.
