Quote:
TRENTON — A group opposed to killing bears says it is suing the New Jersey Fish and Game Council, two days after the council voted to authorize the state's first black bear hunt in five years. The Bear Education and Resource Group claims the council violated the Open Public Meeting Act, which requires the council to allow members of the public to attend its meetings. In a statement Thursday, BEAR alleges members of the council participated in a private meeting of the game committee, which decides on the bear hunt policy. Len Wolgast, chairman of the game committee, says all the council's regular meetings are open, but subcommittee meetings, including the game committee, don't have to be. The state environmental commissioner still must approve the bear hunt. these f****** people will never learn. __________________ "Ill luck is homebred"

I think one of the biggest things that has changed since the 2005 hunt is public awareness of the bear problem. More people now realize that these anti hunting zealots base their position on emotion driven opinion, not facts. The bears on the otherhand have been their own worst enemy. __________________ - Tired of working to make ends meet?..... Sue away You crazy bear group people along with your no brains left wing politicians have done more damage to the bears than any hunter has ever done. Just about every state has bear hunting and guess what? It works and the reality is your bear group is a very small number of people that really need to find something better to do. With that said, I support and admire the Gov for doing the right thing. For the bears and for the residents of NJ![]() ![]() ![]()

Whats funny is, they can sue the state, what happens if I get mauled by a bear. If I survive I think I would not only sue the state but bet your ass I would go full bore at the idiots too. Its negligent and irresponsible to inform people about these bears. These bears are not like Main bears. They are much bigger, more aggressive, and have no fear at all of humans. These people are unbelievable! When are they going to wake the F up??? __________________ Economic disaster begins with a philosophy of doing less and wanting more. What is frustrating is we pay to defend the state. I hope the judge fines the protesters for frivously wasting the court's time. __________________ Use enough broadhead!

Remember that line in one of the Rocky movies "Sue me for what?" NJ should give the piece of garbage some of the states debt.__________________ "Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity" Randy Pausch The Last Lecture. It all means nothing if you don't hit em in the goods.
