NJ Hunter / New Jersey Hunting / Hunting Clubs & Land Leases / Amwell Valley Sportsmen's Club seeking members
Posted:  14 Feb 2010 4:37 PM
Amwell Valley Sportsmen's Club, located in Ringoes, Hunterdon County, is actively seeking new members. We hunt for deer, turkey and geese. We hunt approx. 480 leased acres and are next to another 600 acres of state game land. We hunt in zones 41 and 11.

We have a cabin with sleeping quarters, 100 yard rifle range and new archery range.

Dues are $42 per month.

When the club fills our roster, those remaining will be placed on a waiting list.

Please PM me for further details and contact info.

Approx how many of the 37 hunters hunt for deer and turkey on those 480 ac?
Posted:  15 Feb 2010 9:50 AM
Maybe 4 or 5 guys turkey hunt. We are less than the full roster of 37 now. I would have to say at least 80% deer hunt on our leased properties.

Not trying to be a ball buster. But if you know of 30 - 40. Then you can probaly double that number from members who didn' tell you what they shot.

42 a month is a good deal..can you find your own spot or are there limitations to where new members can hunt?
