Anyone have a problem getting a FID card from Kearney. A friend of mine filed for his in march 2009. When he called and asked about getting the card.  The answer was it takes as long as it takes.... He said he heard it was 30 days they told him he was wrong.  I know it is 30 days just wondering if anyone else had a problem....

Tell him to call weekly.  Get status and take down names.  No reason it should take more than 30 days.  At this point ask for a meeting with the Chief.
