Price list

Fresh sausage:

Italian hot or sweet or Breakfast sausage Chorizo' Brats with or without cheese

10lbs for $25.00 cased or $20.00 bulk in 1-2 lb tubes

Smoked Sausage:

Summer sausage with or without cheese, bologna, kielbasa, salami

10lbs $40.00

Hot dogs, slim jims porkroll or pepperoni

$50.00

Jerky Cracked pepper and garlic or cajun spiced

Start weight of 5 lbs whole muscle $40.00

Just bring me your clean boned out meat I'll do the rest Just starting to offer this so I don't know turn around time yet. Located in Brick PM me for more information. I wish I could deer hunt in Jersey.

Wife, says the only way to go hunting is if I take the dog.

I can also smoke pheasant they need to be plucked, and cleaned though. I charge $5.00 a bird

I just gave out some of my stuff and had alot of guys asking me to make it for them and couldnt come up with a price that was fair so I turned them down ,I know how much time and work goes into it for a small guy on his own . good prices ,almost like your doing it for nothing by time you throw you hours into it

Yeah not in it to really make money just offering a service that most can't do on thier own and want some variety in their freezer

Ken is that actually plucked or can they be skinned?

Cat it is a much better product with the skin on they will dry out without the skin

No it doesn't matter when I get it I run it and the pork I mix with it through my grinder then season and stuff, smoke, etc

I had the pure pleasure of experiencing some of this mans work and it is outstanding.  He was kind enough to share a sampling of a few of his summer sausage and bologna at the last deer-a-thon.  Thanks Ken!  Great work!
