Wool socks, 1000 gram thinsulate rubber boots.
If really cold, I put those over booties over the rubber boots when I'm in the stand. __________________ NRA Life Member

Layers are good but dont go to tight, if you go to tight it slows circulation which make for cold feet __________________ "Ducks Before Dishonor" Shoot'em in the lips

i took my liners out of my pac boots. uts like a kid wearing his fathers boots. 3 pairs of socks and foot and toe warmers in between layers 2 and 3. my feet never got cold. you just can't walk in over size boots. so if you need to walk carry a second pair of boots and extra pairs of socks. definitly worth the extra weight. the extra room in your boots allow enough air so the foot warmer don't sufficate. i hunted in snow and sub 20 degree temps and my feet were warm __________________ someday they'll name a bow after me

| Wool over a wicking layer of silk or polypropylene socks. Its also very important to wear boots that are not tight but slightly oversized. | ||

"NO" cotton next to the skin! (socks, leggings & shirts) Synthetic/polyester type blend, thin & moisture wicking, Not to tight, Next layer would be good quality wool blend, then your boots, thinsulate insulated and a size larger than what you would normally wear. __________________ "If you obey ALL the rules...... you'll miss ALL the fun"

| I hate spending the money on them, but under armor socks really help stop my feet from sweating, which equals warm feet | ||

I wear ankle socks. I just need alittle space in my boot and my feet are ok. When my toes are cramped in my boots they freeze.. On a super cold day I put hand warmers in my boot blankets I take my feet out of my boot and put them in the boot blankets with the hand warmers in them.. ahhhh warm as pie __________________ I just want to Hunt...

All good points. Also make sure the insides of your boots are dried out before using them again; otherwise, your feet are probably going to be cold....I read somewhere that water conducts heat 223 times greater than air or some absurd number. __________________ "The liver is evil... it must be punished"

a doctor from Maine recommended putting anti perspirant on your feet to keep them from freezing...he recommended this to keep from getting frost bite, so i would guess it would help to keep your feet warmer in general... __________________ 2 Blade Rage Broadheads
