Seems quite!  I saw a very small doe getting chaced by a spike 4 days ago.  I was really betting on something larger stepping out...  but no!  Anyone else?

Someone on here suggested it was an if you look at photo they are not very large but it looks like it was a shed. My first guess was he got into a fight and lost them, marks on hair. If you can tell please let me know.

Was supposed to go out today but had a gout attack, spent my morning getting my knee drained. Maybe Sunday am before hitting the classic.

Been out some, mostly in 13.  Saw 8 doe last Sunday w my bow - too far.  Have had 7 different bucks on my trail cam after dark, sometimes with some shooting light and of course when I'm working.
Will be out tomorrow with the muzzleloader.  Saw several does out mid-day today feeding while driving.

Been out several days in zone 2 this week. Have not seen even one in the woods. I've seen them in people yards when driving away after a cold day of seeing nothing in a quiet 40 acres of woods. There's only one other person who hunts that 40 besides myself so I don't understand why there is not more traffic. I'm stumped on why I have not seen any.

Shot three does this week. One on sunday with my bow, one on wednesday with my bow, and one on thursday night with my muzzleloader. All taken in different areas, all in Morris County. Over the week I saw 27 does and five bucks. Passed on all the bucks as I have been looking for a 120" or better. Winter season is a great time to get out there but it has been very cold on these sits! Good luck to those still trying!

Been out a few nights this week with the bow. Only seeing does and shed bucks. Had a nice half rack (nice big 4 on the 1/2 rack and shed the other side) about 30 yards out. It would have been the best buck I have seen all year that I actually had a clear shot at. But wasnt going to take him like that. With all the shed bucks running around now I think I may be done for the season.

It could be that they are feeling some pressure.
