I shot a deer this morning and I want to take it to a butcher to get sausage made up cooked and smoked into the casings. Whats it generally cost to do that and are there any in Burlington County; I live in Tabernacle. Looking to use all the meat for sausage. Any help would be great.

Henry Worrell on 206 in Vincentown, right before New Rd on the right hand side going south. Turn onto a long lane on a farm property. Drop deer off behind the red door in the back building just follow the signs to fill out how you want the deer cut and your info it's all self explanatory and he'll call ya when the deer's ready

I tried Mikes at Clover and they don't do smoked sausage.

Henry doesn't do sausage either.  You can try Bringhurts in Berlin.

Got my sausage back yesterday, Dawnpatrol did a tremendous job and very quick too! I can now take it back to school and eat it in my dorm room

Thanks again George, I really appreciate it...I'll be in touch next season

When did Henry stop doing sausage?  I always got breakfast sausage from him.  While I don't like his butchering style, his breakfast sausage is really good.
