NJ Hunter / New Jersey Hunting / Road Survey / Dead Bear on Macopin RD in West Milford

On Macopin just before the Huntsman restaurant.  Looks like a 200lber.  I dont think the state is going to hurry and pick it up with a storm coming. I wish it was in my yard I would already have christmas lights and a big red nose on it.

Good...i live right around the corner, one less that will knock over my garbage pails and wake my dogs up in the middle of the night.  Maybe i'll scoop it up and throw it on Corzines porch...

Did it have a white tag in it's right ear by chance? I have one about that size with a tagged ear that is a menace! And Im right around the block from there so it could be possible. I'll have to take a ride when I get out of work.

Yeah, and Corslime will have you arrested for "hunter harassment"... as in 'a hunter harassing a poor, innocent, dead bear.'

NO way, someone must have dropped that bear off on the side of the road, was it wrapped in a blanket??

Once the snow covers the bear, you won't see it.  Then the problem is gone.  See, it's all a matter of "preception".
