I saw this while taking a lunch time walk through Battery Park in downtown Manhattan.   A tourist was feeding it pop corn!

You work around there? PM me I have jobs going on around there. Pretty neat to see a Turkey in Manhattan. The last time one was there was probably when the Indians inhabited the island.

I have actually seen a turkey for the past three falls in the park.  I would have to guess that it is the same bird.

One morning last year it was strutting up Broadway as Taxi's and Busses swerved around it

I found a turkey dead on the top a roof on a building a little south of the GW Bridge right next to the Henry Hudson Park.  Looks like it flew into the building as I noticed the window above broken.

I saw a deer in Manhattan a few years back... on the west side near The North River water treatment plant.

That was kinda neat

We had a 6 pointer jump off of the Throgs Neck Bridge a couple of years ago.  It ran into traffic, got turned around and took a leap into the water....
