| I may be hunting in NJ as a non-resident hunter. From what I have read you need to have a FID to purchase a weapon if you are a New Jersey resident. It appears that when hunting as a non-resident a FID is not needed as the weapon was not purchased in New Jersey. Is this correct? | ||

Correct. As long as you have your firearm cased when you're traveling back and forth from your home to the hunting grounds you are OK. __________________ Dog's on point... get ready!!!
