Looking for a new butcher around the great adventure area.  Looking for someone who makes deer sticks, bologne, jerky etc.

There is a real good butcher in Middletown, that makes excellent deer sticks, bologne, jerky etc. I've been using him for about 3 years now and his prices are very good. His name is Gary, from Custom Cuts; you could get his number from the Butchers List.

I take my deer to Big Way Farm in Cream Ridge. They have a walk in cooler, walk in freezer, and 24 hour drop off. very close to Great Adventure. I know they make deer sticks(slim jims) I'm not sure about the bologne or jerky.
