Am I reading this right?
14 guys
470 total acres
total cost $9800
43 acres/man
$700 / man
$16 / acre

Out of the 470 how much is huntable?

I may be interested in just the one piece in zone 35
would you prorate my part of the lease?
$16 / acre X 250 acres = $4000  /  14 guys = $286

Nice math but no, the ground I have now is already paid for, im looking for 14 guys( approx) to help pay for the new ground, but you still get to hunt all my ground. out of 470 over 350 is wooded, the zone 35 peice was reported to be over run with deer and turkey.( lets just say the total cost is alot more then the 14 guys will be putting in)

You are paying more than $9800 for 350 acres?

How many guys do you already have?  Not counting the new 14.

What im paying shouldnt matter. I have 5 guys  on my 220 in zones 17,19 and 21. I dont need to get both the new properties, but I have the option. If i cant get the guys i wont take them both, no big deal. The upper deer feild is a bit far for me anyway. But if i can get a better deal im taking them both. Trust me i pay way more then my share with insurance, posting, food plots, feeders, pellets ext ext.

I'm not sure if you are still looking for guys to get in on your lease but I'm interested and have a friend or two who would also be interested.
