Slow simmer hock in crock pot 5 hours with Honey BBQ Sauce, Salt, Onion Powder and Cayenne Pepper. Remove meat and cut off bone into small pieces. Remove liquid from crock pot. Add meat back to crock pot and add again, Honey BBQ Sauce, Salt, Onion Powder and Cayenne Pepper. Slow simmer and additional one hour.
