I got out yesterday with my buddy Joe T (Tuna Tales from Njfishing.com) for a great day on the water. I was out with Joe, Joes dad Joe Sr. Darren Stiles Tunatales01 from NJH, My son Sean Jr and Stepson Jeffrey T.
Started in the fog for a slow pick on the lumps and hard stuff in 65 feet off Shark River Inlet. OK fishing...11 keepers to 21". 20 nice throwbacks. Some nice 19 and 20" fluke Mostly on squid and large spearing. Joe jigged a 17 1/2" fluke on a Spro with Gulp that spit up a whole 7" squid! Water was gin clear. The kids caught some nice ones and everyone had fun. Great weather after 9:30 am. OCEAN SUNFISH
