NJ Hunter / New Jersey Politics & Guns / NJ Firearms ID Card / Change of address / Toms River TWP

I completed my application for change of address on identification card, mental health and backround check and am going to submit to toms river police. The SGT there wasnt helpful. According to the instructions if you already have an SBI and have been issued a firearm in NJ you dont need to be refingerprinted so im assuming my only fee will be about $5 for the card. Lets see how long they take to process it!

Unnecessary, but it seems many PD's like to make up their own rules.
