I don't think there is a state limit. I have gotten more than five. __________________ Pro-baiter

Call the state police and they will tell you. This way your town cannot bs you.

How can you go to the police for this information when their website says you can't go by their info.. you need to get a lawyers opinion?![]() __________________ "Without either the first or second amendment, we would have no liberty; the first allows us to find out what's happening, the second allows us to do something about it! You probably wont have to be re-printed... but that is in the discretion of the PD. You will need to submit the application with references.
There is no limit on the # of PP, but think about what you will actually have $$ to spend on handgun purchases and apply accordingly. Most PDs get annoyed when you dont use permits, and you can request extensions... but its best just to use what you get, and get what you use. Good luck. |

You can get as many permits as you want. $2.00 each. __________________ "To be unarmed and therefore helpless in the face of evil is irresponsible and in fact complicit to said evil. You have 90 days to use them. and since it takes 6 months to get them, that is almost a year to save for a bunch of guns ![]() __________________ "from my cold dead hands"

| There is no limit, some police stations will put a limit per application, if they have a limit ask for two or more applications. As for it taking a long time to get them back, by law they are to make a decision within thirty days. However, telling them they are over the 30 day mark is your call, it could lead to headache. I am lucky with my Police Department, they are usually very quick. | ||

I had my permits extended another 3 months but that is the max. also had a family member who worked within the department, not sure how likely they would do it for joe blow. I beleibe they want to pass a law limiting you to 1 handgun per month, not sure if i read that as being a state law. They think it will cut down on crime. Meanwhile 2 people are arrested one worked for fedex and stole 146 handguns and put on street to sell...max sentence 5 years what a joke...was on app.com __________________ Assault is a type of behavior, not a type of hardware.
