looks like some road rash, or she has been rubbing on a tree maybe trying to remove ticks and fleas so much that she rubbed herself raw.

Fibaroma maybe...benign tumors on deer are not that uncommon....basicly warty growths

id agree road rash or rubbed herself raw.

deer are looking very skinny. not good.

Skinny deer, picking must be slim there..
