Here's another good question that I just thought of for those in the know on PFID cards, I saw this in another denial thread and thought it is a really good question with the crossbow hunting coming to N.J. soon Now if for what ever reason they grant you an expungement of your criminal records, possibly so you can get a decent job or maybe join the military or just so you can vote, or maybe somthing along those lines and yet still "expressly provide" that the person may not ship, transport, possess, or receive firearms.
