Moultrie 6.5 Gallon “REVOLVER” Feeder question

http://www.moultriefeeders.com/productdetail.aspx?id=MFH-REV

Anyone on here ever use this particular feeder ?
If so how did it work out for you ?
Did the deer take to the revolver style dispenser easily and use it with out difficulty ?
Any help with this one would be greatly appreciated, as I was gonna order several at that price and just want to make sure they work well.

I was looking at them as there are a few things like the fact that it doesn’t need batteries or make any noise and the price is awesome

Cool because that was the one I was originly looking to get The quiet phantom feeder is at the top and I do still want to get at least one, but the revolver feeder for the price and the fact that it dosen't need anything to run it sounds like a sweet deal especially since so many things take a walk on you these days when left in the woods for an extended time

That was the first thing I thought of seadog

But thank god for now where I would use them there are no bears yet, maybe on the odd occasion one may pass thru once in a great while but it is far from the norm. So other then that did the deer figure out how to use it or did the bears eat it before they even had a chance ?

The first bear that comes by, will love you.
It may not be working for the second one.

The bears are not a concern in these areas of the state, at least for now even though Newark and Totowa do get the occasional bear I have yet to see or hear of one in this area, racoons and tree rats on the other hand are the real pain in the ars .

Seriously though, did the deer figure out how to use it, or dose anyone else have any experience with this or a similar type of feeder ?

Moultrie makes great products, but those small feeders are a pain. To have deer consistently hit them, you need consistent feed coming out of them.

Those 'lil guys empty really quickly. I have even ditched my 30 gallon feeders in favor of 50-55 gallon...

Less trips into the woods, less trips to buy corn..

I may be selling another 30 gallon American Hunter feeder, if my bro doesnt take it for our pines property. I'll let it go for a good price, if so.

drop ask 11pointer. i fill my bucket up and it lasts 5-6 days. you dont want all that corn down at once. they will key up on the noise and hit it a little each day. you can control how much comes out. its worth it. i have 3 2 got trashed by squirles other wise i would give you one. i left it in a few months and didnt check it. thats why it got trashed.
