Coming home from work 100a south bound on the parkway theres a big hill between the north and south lanes saw 2 bucks one looked like a 4 the other was an wide 8 not very tall about 5 does and a bunch with spots .Its amazing that a group can live in such a small strip like that.

they have ways to get on and off that strip. as far as the art center there are plenty of deer but dont even think of hunting there unless you want a free ride from a state trooper.

Those deer have been in that strip for as long as I can remember. Big ones get hit crossing in that area every year.

Coming home from fishing In Jan there was some snow on the ground and I saw all these blotches, got closer and must have been minimum of 35+ deer right about there feeding. Amazing in deed.

I think there are quite a few deer living in the median between exits 88 and 100. I always see deer off that hill around 100 and you can see a heavy browse line in the median.

Did you see my stand haning up still.

I'm sure there are guys that sneak into those medians on the Parkway. There is a guy on the southbound side right before you take the exit for PNC, who has a feeder in his yard.

Very tempting . But trying to cross the GSP would be suicide!

At least one has been there for years.
Over the years I have seen deer north of I 195  at mile markers 100, 109, 114, 135, 153 that I can remember. I guess they use the Parkway the same as we do including the rest stops.

I see quite a few dead bucks on the parkway around the art center when the rut starts.  There are plenty around there.

I think I know which house you are talking about.  IF it is the same one, you can actually see all the bait on the ground when you drive by.
