NJ Hunter / New Jersey Hunting / Road Survey / This Weeks Pics 6/22/08

This week was full of nasty weather and busy days. The long days of summer are here and I am seeing more and more deer everyday. Yesterday I counted over 130 deer on my way home from my in-laws! Its insane but with it being light at 8:30 at night its understandable. Was going to go hiking at one of the local State Parks but got rained out(didn't take my rain gear and the lightning was bad) Just took a ride around. Anyway, diffrent pics this week, enjoy and have a good week

This pic was taken on Wed. morning?....Anyway, pardon the blurry pic but this was a herd of about 15 deer on the border of some state land. There was a great buck leading the pack but they booked it as I pulled up. You can count some of them in the background.

This pic was taken to show you how the state really spent that $850,000

More than likely a flock of grackles, cowbirds, starlings or red-winged blackbirds, all of which frequent the area

Great pictures but that turkey is priceless. Flower is nice as well. The farm picture is that a flock of doves in flight in the air?
