I am confused. Why is there such a lack of interest From the members of NJH?? Im not talking little intrest, There is absolutly ZERO intrest.. Why?? Especialy members from the North/West part of the state?
Im sure most of you know what has been accomplished already by the NJOA, and the future commitment to protect ALL OF OUR rights to hunt, fish, and trap In this state.. This is one way we can all help the cause. not everyone has a gift for expressing themselves, meeting with legislators, and the public. Myself personally, I am like a deer caught in the headlights when it comes to speaking with crowds or comprehending a bill that is being introduced.. The guys that do that stuff now are great at it And Im am thankfull that they are there for us, but there are other things that we can all do to help. I love to run functions/fundraisers and have done so for years for the American Legion.. Coming to the Pig roast is how many of you can show your support.. Please understand Im not here to point fingers and fight about who does more or less for any organization.. All Im asking is for you guys and Gals to bring your families to the pig roast and have a good time.. Thats it. That is how you can Help out the NJOA.. My club members and I were in attendance at the Battle of Monmouth, and truly appreciate the work the NJOA does for all sportsmen in New Jersey. Putting together a pig roast is a great way to raise some money and bring like minded people together. Great job! Tonight, my club voted to support an organization that supports us...all of us! Please reserve 10 pig roast tickets for the Cranford Rod and Gun Club...and I'll probably need more. Thanks to everyone for their support!
This is our "first ever" annual event to celebrate the NJOA and gather all of the sportsmen and sportswomen that have made it a success. In addition to it being a family event you'll also have the chance to meet some of our legislators. See you all on July 19th. Let's make this "kick-off" event deserving of our accomplishments together.
