I liked the "Miles Keller" All season deer gel, but can't find it anymore. So now I use James valley scents.

Scrape mate and curiosity, they work great.

regardless , it seems that some work for some while not for others and vice versa.

Corn works well...

I've only used scents during the rut with mixed results...

I use trailmaker on my boots and curiosity at my stand. Works 99% of  the season. Esp. archery. The trailmaker works all the time. By the time I get to be able to use the others , the deer have went nocturnal because of the pheasant hunters.

So does, Carrots, Sweet potatoes, Cranberries, and just about anything the neighborhood Road Stand throws out.

In the end, it's the "HUNTER" that gets the deer not the BOW !
The bowman, to be successful as a hunter, must learn to perfection the habits of his game.
NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF BOW HE USES !

acorn rage

For sex scents i use Wildlife research excite.  For the early part of the season I use Wildlife research Trails End 360.  For cover scent one of the best I have ever used but I can't find it anywhere anymore is Fitzgerald deer dander.  It makes you smell like a deer.

Buy a good pair of boots and spend as much time as you can pre season scouting. Find the bedding areas and the feeding areas. Set up in between on heavily used trails. Especially where mutiple trails intersect.
  Corn and apples also help!!

wall hanger. small jar of this gel stuff and used sparingly works great during pre-rut and rut to attract does and bucks.

I have had good luck during the rut having bucks and does come into Wildlife Research's moon fire and there special golden estrus. I have had bucks take the mega tarsal glands from them right off the tree in wich they were nailed to. There stuff is pricey but works well. I only use it during rut. The rest of the year, I just try to stay clean. I use bait on some of the propertys I hunt. The smaller ones..

Last Season I added some either Buck Bran or Acorn Rage to the corn in my feeder Buck Bran is way cheaper then Acorn Rage and appears to work just as well.

James Valley Lethal Weapon along with doe urine. Pre rut on with a grunt call. It's deadly. I put out the scent, get in the stand, hit the grunt a few times and the bucks are there before I have time to nock an arrow. It's almost too easy sometimes.

Buckbuster,

I know Bob's Little Sport Shop in Glassboro will have it before the bow season opens up. They sell out of it pretty fast though. I think Cabella's might carry ot too.
