I just purchased a house backed up to state land.I have a spot right behind the house to put the feeder so I can watch them come down to feed....or do I put it further back in the woods,away from the house????My gut tells me to keep it by the house and hunt from further back in the woods.......but keeping the feeder further from the house might bring more deer,right???? __________________ "One of my favorite sounds is the silence of the woods"

When a deer finds it and is hungry it can come at any time but to keep them coming when your there will depend on you how offten you molest them. Hunt it every day then you can expect molestation and they will go noctural. Couple times a week hunt it and you should be ok. Have good hide in the tree or on the ground and don't molest them and educate them.
